Office Cleaning Contract:: Please help me to price my cleaning contract? Thanks?

Question

The person needs someone for 5 days a week. 3 seperate office with an open plan area. The building includes 3 toilets and one kitchenette. There are 15 workers and I would employ one person to do it. We will need to provide all the cleaning products etc. Please help me!

Chage £20 per hour and pay the cleaner £8 per hour

Charge an extra £3-6 per hour to cover cleaning products depending on what you use. VAT extra on top

So 5 days a week cleaning you would bill out at

say % hours at £25.00 = £125.00 + VAT

the cleaner would get £40.00 plus NI ans Tax considerations

You would need to be fully insured

Depends what needs to be cleaned - do you need to hoover, dust,  wipe, clean windows etc. Work out exactly what they want, then go from there.

Work out how much of each cleaning material your going to need - glass cleaner, bleach etc. Add a little extra for occasional items such as hoover bags.

Work out how long it will take to clean. Charge per hour.

I think the going rate is probably about £10-12, but it depends how much you want to pay the person doing the job.

Add it all up, and add a little extra just in case.

Would it not be approximaely £10.00 - 12.00 an hour plus the cost of cleaning equip. You would pay your staff and take you cut from that

Myself i would call around  to other Office Cleaners  around your town  don't tell them why  your calling but just say your looking for  prices on office cleaning  then you can  see what price seem fair to you to charge  the person  who well be  doing the cleaning .You can tell them what you told use on what well need to be cleaned  an they usly can do  a quote on prices
