No.The best approach to office romance is probably to avoid

it altogether.Handled badly it can lead to a lawsuit for harassment.

It starts with a glance,a compliment,a smile.Flirting over the water cooler leads to lunches,provocative e-mails & before long,you are in the middle of a hot romance.

Breaking up is hard to do & it can be a whole lot harder if you have to see the other person day in & day out at your job.
