Office working conditions?

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know if there is a law to protect employees or general information about the temperature in the work office. I am in England and today it is 31C in the office. They do not have fans, A/c or nothing and we need to wear suit tie etc... Outside it is 23C, but inside the building makes it hotter.

Is there a law were that they have to provide cooler conditions. Any advice would be appreciated.
