When will the full official song list be released for Guitar Hero: World Tour be released? I understand the 40 or so unofficial songs have been leaked, but when will the rest be released? I am curious because I am trying to decide whether to get GH:WT or Rock Band 2.

  1. Rock Band 2 for sure..who cares about the songs the drum set is way better,

  2. YOU NEED TO GET GH:WT. Its so much better. It looks better, the controllers are more responsive, better song charts, etc. And the new vocals and drums will be better because logitech helped.

  3. I'm getting Guitar Hero World Tour but I put the description I gave someone else in another answer.

Here's what I said to the person about Guitar Hero IV vs. Rock Band 2

    GUITAR HERO: WORLD TOUR:

Guitar Hero World Tour is coming out on October 27, 2008 for the Wii at $189.99 for the bundle pack. It features around 100 songs on the set list, and you can also create your own songs. It comes with a cool sunburst guitar, awesome drums that are very quiet and also have have symbols, and a cool microphone. It has a bunch of good bands like Linkin Park, Mettalica, and Van Halen, as well as a bunch of new in game guitars. And finally has many buy able songs from the game.

    ROCK BAND 2:

Rock Band 2 features about 80 songs on the set list. One cool feature that GHIV has that Rock Band 2 does not feature is the is the song creator. I am not sure about the fact of weather you can buy extra songs but you can download all of the Rock Band Songs onto Rock Band 2. This game will also be $189.99. The game will feature a sunburst Fender Stradocaster, as well as the drums with symbols and Microphone. One problem with this game is that some of the songs are fake, but the game will feature bands like: AC/DC, and again, Mettalica.

Both games are great, so you choose.
