Official: PSV Eindhoven sign Timothy Derijck from ADO Den Haag – Dutch Eredivisie news
Reports from Eindhoven and The Hague confirm that PSV Eindhoven have successfully signed http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/ADO-Den-Haag-c38221. The Belgian stopper has penned down a contract that will keep him at Philips Stadion until the summer of 2015. The Boeren have reportedly
paid a transfer fee of 750,000 Euros to land the 24-year-old’s signature.
The centre-back arrived at Kyocera Stadion in the summer of 2009 following successful stints at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Feyenoord-c39258 Rotterdam. The 24-year-old represented ADO in 82 matches and netted eight goals during his two-season stay.
The Eindhoven giants were in search of a new central defender following the departure of Francisco Rodriguez to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VfB-Stuttgart-c40879 earlier in the ongoing summer transfer market. With the arrival of Derijck at Philips Stadion, the Boeren have certainly filled
up the void at their back-line that was clearly visible in their opening two encounters of the 2011/12 campaign.
The Belgian stopper was delighted after signing a contract with the Boeren and admitted that this is a step forward in his career.

The stopper’s addition has certainly strengthened the Boeren defence but the need of an imposing striker remains to be fulfilled.
