  1. join the cross country team at your school, go to a local batting cage. to throw faster, maybe lift some weights.

  2. 1. its hard to run "faster" then you can now because your genetics only make it possible to run so fast..one thing you can work on is getting good jumps while baserunning or tracking baseballs down.. working on how quickly you can react to a ball while playing defense can make up for a lack of speed, and as for baserunning, being able to get a good jump out of the batters box and on the basepaths helps make up for slow speed to..practicing these things in front of a mirror helps

    2. mechanics mechanics mechanics. try and throw on a regular basis to develop arm strength. some workouts for will help (weight lifting) but dont go overboard

    3. again just stand in front of a mirror, but with a 5 pound weight in your hands and just take practice swings everyday and look where your hands/weight is at the end of each swing and make adjustments from there

    hope this helps

  3. 1.run faster

-do a bunch of 40 yard sprints maybe,

-or just take a jog around the neighborhood in order to build up leg strength

    2.throw harder/faster

    -lift weights

-go outside and practice your fastball by throwing about 35-40 fastballs

3.batting(getting my hands out and weight back)

-work on your bat speed, you must have bat speed if you want to hit the long ball, try to get alot of whipping action in your swing in stead of using all arms, use your whole body

-try to practice watching the ball straight out of the pitchers hand so you can get a good read on his pitches.

work the count,be a patient hitter, make the pitcher throw alot of pitches until he gives you the perfect strike

but if you really want to get better, you have to believe in yourself

hope i helped, good luck next season yo
