Offshore Investing. Private banking?

What are some offshore investments or other investments to do, in which your investments can pay you a weekly or monthly income? Does Forex foreign exchange work that way?

Just about any investment can be structured to provide you weekly or monthly income.  Offshore investments are no different, they are simply located in another jurisdiction, in this case, outside of the US.  Offshore advantages are lost though when you repatriate that income; you're going to have to pay income tax on any gains.

Foreign Exchange is like trading a commodity or a stock in many ways, so you can have gains paid to you as often as you wish.
