Oh My Godness.. Help!!!!!!!!?

Question

There is a Fire going on down the rode from us about 10-15 miles. We live in the woods. Are we going to have to evacuate? Would they tell us? What should I start packing We have six horses so help?????

Ok keep getting the horses ready to leave just in case it reaches you.

Bring a cell phone and try to call your parents.

Find some where to go in the opposite direction of the fire. and bring strong rope.

You can make a tempory pasture with the rope for the horses. Or just tie them to a tree or something. but they may get bored.

If you have time grab what you can that they need.

TELL US HOW IT WORKS OUT!

Make sure you go the oppisite way of the fire.

Pack everything you need and try to get to the safest barn or pasture until the fire is under control.

i agree why are u on the pc when u should be packing or somthing. get ur stuff together and then if u have a trailerget it ready just in case u have to evacuate. i probaly would evacuate because fires spread fast. get stuff together for u and ur horses. good luck

Usually in these situations they will have somewhere in mind to place your horses that is safe and away from the fire. They won't give you much notice if you are to evacuate, so I would pack what you want to keep and get ready.

thats the best thing to do we usually evacuate about 5 miles out and yes they will tell you to evacuate watch the news

If it were me with 6 horses to possibly evacuate I wouldn't wait!

Get you butt on the lead horse, halter lead the rest & run like h**l.

Lastly, why are you wasting your time on a PC if the woods is burning down the road from you?

yes!!! u are wasting your time!!! go get help. call the fire department and see. if you have to evacuate then get your cell phone, and your horses. that is all you need and RUN!!! don't pack anything else!! just get out of there!!

i would get the horses and your stuff ready..

that way if you have to evacuate..

you dont have to load the horses after they tell you to evacuate..

First of all don't panic. - get you and sister, any pets, and the horses  and get  ready to leave. There should be firefighters or someone coming to help or evacuate you
