I agree with DJ and pick Detroit, though I think it will be a 6-7 game series. Hopefully Franzen will be well enough to play and Osgood stays hot. This should be a great series though. Truly the 2 best teams facing each other.

Wings in 6 at most.  Too much depth and experience. One common goal, as a TEAM.  No other TEAM in sports exemplifies the word.  After last years fluke, it is easy to see the Red Wings are clearly the class of all pro sports.  Too bad for Bertuzzi and Schneider, should have stuck with the Wings, but had to jump ship, because they were thinking of themselves.

SMARTY doesnt know a thing about hockey obviously! As for the second answer.....LMFAO!!! Just a great answer. DJ is right though, Fluery wont be able to stand on his head facing 45 shots. Not to mention. The Pens turn it over too much and as one said before me, Detroit will make them pay. Pens dont have the defense either to shut down Hank, Pav, and Homer either. Just too good for Gonchar and Orpik which will be the matchup the Pens want. I say Wings win in 6!

the question comes down to can the pens goalie handle 45 shots a game?, can the pens not turn the puck over, and is franzen going to be back. wings in 6 without franzen, 5 with. not hateing on the pens, just to young you turn the puck over and its in the net ask colorado or dallas they will tell ya
