  1. It's all just hot air from the Government, to make the rest of us feel better,

    Another con from Gordon Brown,

  2. No, it isn't all it is cracked up to be. Being on subsistence income so the rich can line their pockets at your expense isn't fun at all really.

  3. doesn't effect me, I'm retired. but i have to say that the deeper we get into the EU superstate the closer we seem to come to the mid 30s in n**i Germany. i have to wonder, when do we all get issued with our brown shirts and labour party arm bands? or 'for the unemployed that will be set to cleaning the streets perhaps!! a stripped suit with a yellow star. perhaps a nice wrist tattoo so that we can identify them and make sure they were present to do their quota??? perhaps this is all a bit of social engineering designed to make us great full to receive the inevitable Islamic rule when it comes.

  4. Agree with Rommel here. Those of us who are trying to find a job in this recession are going to be peenalised again!

I can see alot of people like you losing your jobs so they can employ us to do your job with out pay. That means my seven year old will have to be on her own cause there's no way I can afford a child minder on doel

How about using your common sense!

  5. Well if you have kids at school, you should be doing some work while you dont have to watch them.. Just MO! x

  6. The problem at the moment is finding enough jobs for people.   there aren't enough at the moment, despite what people say.  Yes the local newspaper is "full of jobs" but how many applicants do you think there would be for each job if all the unemployed were forced to go and out find work?

Plus serious shortfalls in education and training in this country have left many people unable to apply for these jobs because they don't have the right skills/qualifications - ie its all very well if theres 20 jobs for plasterers, bricklayers and plumbers but if you're neither a plasterer, bricklayer or plumber those jobs won't be open to you will they?

  7. Yes it will be a bonus if they go about it the right way.  If single parents have got to wash graffiti off walls and clear up litter they should be paid a proper wage.
