Question:

Oh geez.people.help mee.i dont feel good.i think i ate too much sugar.diabetes related...?

ok well i had symptoms of diabetes but they went away.i HAD been drinking 3o glasses of water.not anymore.i HAD been peeing every 20 minutes.not anymore.im still always tiered.i still have lost my appetite and dont want to eat.i weigh 96 pounds,and im 5 foot 2.i didnt go to the doctor because all the symptoms went away.today i started my freshman year at my highschool.it was fun.anyways.this is what i ate today. breakfast-i ate my vitamin pill (500 mg) its fish oil.and a sip of water.i skip breakfast cause it makes me vomit if i go in a car when i eat in the morning.lunch i ate a chocolate chip cookie :] yummie.after school i had a diet coke 0 calories, 0 carbs.and i ate 3 meatballs.and right now i ate some habanero doritos with hot sause(alot)and after i was done,i ate a energy bar,and like 8 ounces of 2 percent milk with some chocolat mix thingie and 1 and a half tablespoons of sugar.i get tiered when i eat sugar.not tierd wanna go to sleep tiereed,but i cat tell i got tiereder.if that makes sence.anyway.everytime i eat something cold(like slushies or a smothing )for a month, since i started to get these symptoms, my right leg starts to shake uncontrollably like if im waitting impatiently for something.please help.

  1. Go see a doctor. Diabetes is not something to mess with. The doctor will be able to tell in less that 3 minutes by checking your blood sugar and will follow up with more acurate testing. Diabetes can lead to kidney failure, blindness, heart problems, nerve problems and you could lapse into a coma.

Boy howdy, you eat like a teenager.  If you ate a balanced diet complete with real meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner and a few sensible snacks, you would find your energy levels would improve immensely.  Stay away from doritos and cookies. It's not going to make you a diabetic, but it's certainly not healthy.  

    Diabetes at your age (13 or 14) is usually not the kind that is caused by diet or weight. It can be caused by a virus or just be random.  The point being that what you're feeling is easily explained by your near-starvation diet peppered with junk food, nothing more.  Fruits, vegetables, protein such as cold cuts, whole grains - these are your friends!  Not junk food.
