It's hard to tell but they could be symptoms of pregnancy...but it could be something else too.  Take a pregnancy test.

You have to take the home pregnancy test. It's the only way you will know for sure. Missed period is usually a big clue. Everyone's symptoms are somewhat different, generally, I thought that you lose your appetite first. Breast soreness much later. Frequency of urination, much later when the baby is sitting on the bladder. You kinda sound desperate, was this an oops?

with most of the symptoms i would say no. but the fact that you missed your period is a possibility. go for first response. i find that to be the most accurate. if you see even the faintest of a second line, then yes you are pregnant.

Being that you pee and nothing comes out, that sounds like a sign of a urinary infection.  Usually, when you are pregnant and have the urge to pee, you actually pee and pee a lot.  However, the tender breast, hunger, and missed period sound like you could be pregnant.  If you keep having the urinary problems, I would see a doctor, bc it could be both. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/urinary...
