  1. Do you like to run? Then pick Soccer.

Do you want to rely only on yourself? Then pick Tennis.

You have to gauge how much effort and reliability you want. No one can make the choice for you. You will have to choose for yourself.

    Remember...

"you can either do or do not, there is no try." - Yoda

  2. soccer ull get into better shape

  3. I think you should try out for tennis.

    Here's why:

    1. People who participate in tennis 3 hours per week (at moderately vigorous intensity) cut their risk of death in half from any cause, according to physician Ralph Paffenbarger who studied over 10,000 people over a period of 20 years.

    2. Tennis players scored higher in vigor, optimism and self-esteem while scoring lower in depression, anger, confusion, anxiety and tension than other athletes and non-athletes according to Dr. Joan Finn and colleagues at Southern Connecticut State University.

    3. Since tennis requires alertness and tactical thinking, it may generate new connections between nerves in the brain and thus promote a lifetime of continuing development of the brain, reported scientists at the University of Illinois.

    4. Tennis outperforms golf, inline skating and most other sports in developing positive personality characteristics according to Dr. Jim Gavin, author of The Exercise Habit.

    5. Competitive tennis burns more calories than aerobics, inline skating, or cycling, according to studies on caloric expenditures.

Soccer is okay but you need to depend on others and the pressure of others depending on you is intense (Plus your ex friend is on it) Tennis, you just rely on yourself.

    Hope I helped. =]

  4. i would say just go with tennis, since its easier and trust me you will get better at tennis with practice and since you say that the tryouts are easy then i'm sure you will make the team :)

  5. soccer...and who cares if shes mad at you...i dont know anyone on my rec team and tey are all bffs with eachother so how do you think it is for me?? yeah its not that fun especially when im the best and everyone gets mad and jelous at me so dont go saying that your in such a quarry and just do soccer and get over it.

.....but when it comes down to it, if you dont think you are ready for the soccer tryouts, i would go for the tennis just because you know you know yo u can make it and excel in it

  10. Soccer is funner its good exercise and u get good if u practice and it also make your friend happy

  11. soccer

  12. convince your friend to just try tennis with you and if that does not work

    chose soccer.
