i always promise myself that im not going to eat maccas or like c**p food thats bad for you, but last night i had maccas with frozen coke :( so then i promised myself that i would go for a walk in the morning! well i havent done that yet and quite frankly dont want to do exerise at all! and now maccas has gone straight to my thighs and belly! noooooooooo this happens all the time now! what do i do to motivate myself?? anyone in the same postition as me?
