Are you looking at any particular London suburb or has the cat got it's claws into you. I don't really understand your question unless it's the type of fanatical religious statement usually shown on the walking billboards. Having seen the first answer that was not available when I started typing I now understand the question. I believe that at last we have a sane sentencing judge.
