I noticed that on my schools website they have a picture of every student in the school! (at the top!)

Is that illegal?

I looked into this section because I was curious about the level of typing a preschooler could muster. I feel like such a dummy now. However, you rule! If you're concerned about the legality or ethics of posting the photo, why did you put up a link to that photo? Seems kind of dumb to me, but you're the King, please explain.

Not if the first and last names aren't there its not illegal, and you were on school property so they can do what they want really. Since they're not endangering any of the students or anything.(lol looks like a spirit assembly..lmao I hate mine)

It's legal if their parents sign a release form.

At the beginning of school, you sign (parents) a waiver to have your photos displayed on the internet or publicly. Its standard and every state and every school sends these home with you. You either approve or decline. Most I mean 99.9% of everyone approves it by signing the form and returning it to school. Most people dont realize what they are signing. They just go through the motions of all the paperwork and turn it in. Sorry you will not become a millionaire.LOL

Besides that a crowd photo and those are always allowed.

no it is not but if you write there first and last name without there rents. saying it is OK  it is illegal
