Ohio Firefighter Questions?

Alright I have a few questions.

1. My dream has always been to become a firefighter. Im 16 turn 17 soon. Can I become a volunteer firefighter.

2. At what age could I become a real deal payed firefighter."If I got hired lol"

3.How much training do I need to become a volunteer firefighter and where would I take these classes.

4. Do I have to be certifided in anything or have to have any college credits under my belt to become a firefighter.
