Normally you don't play one till your bowl game? I guess Texas 2 years in the past as well as ranked Illinois, Wisconsin, and Penn State this year along with USC means we dont play anyone until a bowl game.

Not worried at all about playing USC early. Look at some of the match ups this year. They are putting alot of high ranked teams against each other early.

But OSU vs USC will be a great game. I see OSU winning by a field goal. h**l our kicker can kick a 54 yarder with about an extra 10 yards to spear.

i think the usc defense is the most intimidating defense in college football. rey maualuga caused two straight false starts. they're super aggressive and they get in the head of the opposing QB. boeckman better be ready. usc's defensive speed is underrated and they should dominate the game. i've never like sanchez as QB but he did decent yesterday even with a bad knee. the status of beanie wells is still up in the air, and if he doesn't play, then usc will kill them some more. usc uses like 4 backs in their offense. each of them is efficient.

Of course we are worried about playing USC. I am sure that USC players and coaches are worried about playing OSU, even if their idiot fans are not. OSU always plays a top notch school early, with very few exceptions, last year being one of them. In 2005 and 2006 we played Texas, you know the team that beat you in the championship game.
