When you're 18 do you still have to take the actual driving test ?, I heard that you only have to take a written test.

When you are 18 you have to pass the driving test which consists of two parts: 1) the actual driving part; 2) manuverability (they set up five cones and you have to pull in then back out).  The written test is for when you are trying to get your temps.

EVERYONE has to take the driving test.
