Ohio extended unemployment benefits

Does anyone know of any other way to file besides by phone? I have tried for the last week, calling all day to get through.

This is for the 13 week extension.

Any tips on how to get through would be appreciated.

Call very early in the morning. Then if they out you on hold drink some juice or coffee and wait for someone to help.
