i have no idea how to put a tampon on.

do u leave the plastic/cardboard part on their?

is they're any part that ur supposed to take off of the actual tampon?

no you don't leave the cardboard. that's there purely to help you get it in. no the actual tampon is used as is except for the plastic/cardboard part that's removed once you have the tampon in. with your tampons there is generally an instruction guide.

first you put the whole thingy (applicator) in and then you push it in and the applicater will just come down by itself sorta

only the cloth part stays inside of you.

you put the bigger end of the tampon in your body about a half inch and then push the smaller end towards your body. and once you push it in all the way pull the plastic and you will see a string hang down.

1. Remove plastic (there is usually a coloured string to help you rip the plastic - like on cigarette packets).

2. softly pull string attached to tampon (so it is hanging from the tampon)

3. insert tampon by pushing with your finger (make sure it goes in rounded side first)

4. insert until it gets to the first knuckle (closest to finger nail) of your finger

*Make sure you change it every 1-2 hours!
