And don't just tell me he's riding the best horses either!

He's always in the right positon and NEVER does anything stupid!

There is no one riding better at the moment. Hes riding the best horses for the best trainer.

maybe in England, but not in the USA. Ryan Barber is the best jockey in the USA.

Yes, he's had his problems in the past but has put all that behind him and is on a roll riding for Aidan O'Brien.  

He used to ride for John Oxx who stood by him during the bad times, drink etc.. and in 2000 he won the the Derby on Sindaar.  It would be nice to see him win another Derby.

Duke of Marmalade should be named horse of the year and with 14 Group 1 winners at present Aidan should be trainer of the year.

Just one final question to you Sir Alan:-

Do you think Duke of Marmalade could now go on to win the Arc?  He's 5-1 at the moment are you going to put some of your million squid down?

One cog in the wheel, of what is without doubt the most successful racing team this year.   Its wrong to just give the credit to the jockey.   I think there are other jockeys who could do the job as well.   Keiran Fallon was "indispensible", but they have hardly noticed he has gone.
