  1. from past experience, all blot sheets are pretty much the same.  as cvs, i just buy the cvs brand and they work just as well as the clean and clear kind.

you could also always invest in buying oil control facewash.  for me, i don't have lots and lots of oil on my face and no matter what facewash i use, i always have to blot halfway through my day.  sooo i guess what i'm trying to say is that either way, blotting sheets are a great purchase.

and if you forget your sheets one day, you could always just grab a sheet of toilet paper and give your face a good rub :)  but just make sure that the toilet paper isn't fuzzy or else your face will be sprinkled with white fuzz :)

  2. Theres these called e.l.f

    they sell them at Target.

& there only $1.00 for like 50 sheets (or something like that)

    & they work like wonders

  3. Actually, you don't even have to buy those :)! Toilet paper has 2 layers, take them apart, and you can use that as oil blotting sheets!

  4. You can get Clean and Clear at drugstores, most also have the store brand of them as well.  I just saw some at Walgreen's today.

Make sure you are using an oil free moisturizer.  Let it take 10-15 minutes to dry before applying foundation. Apply a primer like the new one out by Revlon. Use a foundation that is geared towards oily or combo skin.  Stay away from Cover Girl...it SUCKS!  After you put your foundation on, dust lightly with a translucent powder.  Apply your blush and then lightly dust again.  If you do get oilies, blot and then lightly dust your fact with the translucent powder.

  5. Clean and Clear makes nice once but my favorite ones are Crabtree & Evelyn Rosewater Blotting papers. They smell so pretty and really work all day long. They are around $8.00

  6. clearasil oil blotting sheets work really well!

i'm pretty sure you can get them at most drugstores.

you can try a foundation/powder for oily skin too.

  7. Sally's sells rice paper for about $2, I you want an all day solution go to Sephora and get de-slick mattifying powder from Urban Decay

  8. If you have the right products i.e. primer and oil defense you will have no need for blotting sheets, they really do not work at all.

I recommend the pore perfecting primer by Bee luscious and Ultimatte T-Zone mattifier 2 very fantastic products that really do work!

  9. clean and clear is the best and it doesnt smudge ur makeup and u dont have to put makeup over the oiliness cuz thats gross and it clogs ur pores...one good way also is to get a primer thats especially made to keep u from getting oily and it keeps ur makeup on all day u can try...TEASE ZONE OIL CONTROL by dermadoctor for 35 bucks and u can find it at ULTA.

  10. Clean and Clear makes a good one...also my local pharmacy carries a generic version (sold as Rexall Oil Blotting Papers) which also work great and are about $2.99...maybe your drugstore carries a generic version too.
