Oil Extractor

I purchased an oil extractor for my Matstone 6in1. After attaching it, it expressed a teaspoon of oil from the flax and then stopped. My juicer then made some unhappy noises and so I switched it off. Now the extractor won't come off the body of my juicer. It's locked on so tightly I cannot get it off. Can anyone help me?Emma
