Oil in the bottom of my jet ski?

i have a 96 tiger shark jet ski and in the bottom theres a small white tube like 1/4 inch long close to the bottom under the seat and theres a small collection of oil next to it , is there supost to be a plug on that ? what is it ?

No, don't plug it, the motor won't run right.

And it is an over flow tube.

It is for excess oil. The container is for catching the oil so you won't pollute the water. Don't plug it off or you'll have problems!!
