I have a 1998 Plymouth Neon and When i took the spark plugs out, it had oil deposits on it. The car Misfires, it has hard starting.I looked at the repair manual and it says"Oil is leaking past worn valve guides or piston rings into the combustion chamber.I was wondering, if this is serious? How much will it cost to fix? and does this affect the fuel economy cause i currently get 30mpg or so.
