Ok, I'm using Craigslist to sell my MP4 player, but I'm not making much progress.... I can't drop the price any, any suggestions?

And hey, if you're interested let me know!!! haha

I don't go by the first answer to give out best answer, I go by whoever has the best one.

~Thanks!

  1. I think a fair price is half of what you originally paid for it.

You honestly can't expect a big return from it, since it is a used player, and the battery life is significantly diminished from when you first bought it, so it's life is shorter. It's value does not appreciate over time, and media players are a dime a dozen, if you want it to sell, you're going to have to drop the price, or toss something in to make it worth it, like a decent pair of headphones.

  2. Try selling it on ebay.

  3. Did you put pics of it up? I always skip over whatever's for sale if there's no pic.

Try putting a price that's higher than what you want and OBO (or best offer). For instance say you want $50 for it, but instead of saying you want $50, advertise it for $65OBO and someone will probably offer what you're looking for or more.

  4. I think you should sell it for like $20.00 maybe, and if you dont get anyone who wants to buy it lower the price! ha ha I'm on craigslist all the time, never bought anything from there yet! (I'm getting my first car off that probably ha ha)

    =)

PS. you gave me an idea to sell new stuff that I never used or anything ha ha!!

  5. just keep selling it and changing the title
