Ok, I've been seeing this guy for two months & I really like him too. We haven't been out together since we met cos he's got two businesses he's running & another one. We see each other once or twice or week usually at my place at odd hours when he is coming from work. We talk on the phone everyother day. The only effort he's made was cook me a meal & socially I've only been out when he's invited me to his events but he'll be working (he is a party promoter) So that means I hardly spend much time with him. The other night he called me quite late after he'd finished work around three am & asked to come over cos I wasn't too happy with him coming over that late & told him I wasn't cut out for such a relationship. We're still talking - miss him & want to be with him but i fear rejection. He invited me to one of his parties last nite & I went there with a guy friend, he was quite pleasant. Everytime I talk to him he keeps reminding me that I still owe him a home cooked meal! What's going on?? Are we out or in? Is it just me or is this relationship moving really slowly??

Yes, it's moving slowly, but it is moving.Everyone was not brought up in the same way, nor did they move in the same circles,it was perfectly alright for you to tell him that you didn't appreciate him coming over at such a late hour,how else is he to learn how a lady wants to be treated?

  But for the fact that he reminded you that you owed him a home-cooked meal,he still intends to be together with you.But he really needs to stop and smell more roses,else they will be putting them on his casket.
