This is my first time, (yes first time) to oven bake or grill or whatever its called. Which rack should I place my chicken? How long does it takes to cook and how high should the temperature be? (in celcius please). What are the things I need to know or do? To prevent its flesh to be too dry or burn? Appreciate your kind reply.. cooking in abt an hour from now..quick! :)

  1. The best way for a rost chicken is to cook it slowly. Cook at about 150oc for 1-2 hours. Place on the middle shelf of you oven, cover with olive oil and herbs )parsley and tarragin are good) and then wrap in tin foil to make the flavours stay inside the chicken. before you eat it, check behind the wings that there is no pinkness. Just cut into the wing and check. Serve wth vegetables on a big plate.

  2. You should bake it at 200 degrees celcius and place it in the middle of the oven. Add some cooking oil and salt to the chicken before placing it in the oven to make it more crispy.

  3. EH eh ....are you trilled??

    ok...so

    ...preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)..

then place the chicken in a oven dish. In a small bowl and add a  dressing mix, flour, salt, butter or margarine and lemon juice. brush mixture  over the top of the chicken .

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until tender.

    ...hope it's good!!!!

  4. 180oc for about 1.5- 2 hrs in an oven bag
