Ok, I need to think of nicknames for the name sojourner. anybody?

I've already come up with sojo, sojay, journey, journer, jo, jay....

OK - my first thought upon hearing the name was:

1.a temporary stay: during his sojourn in Paris.

2.to stay for a time in a place; live temporarily: to sojourn on the Riviera for two months.

I then found out that it is a girls name (meaning the same thing - I would be afraid to name my daughter such, as she might leave me before I was ready!)

Maybe using some synonyms for "Sojourn" like Rest (it is only a nickname afterall)

So, Soho, Soj

Personally, I like Journey!

I think Jo is the best one so far; the only other proposed name that I think sounds most like a nickname for Sojourner and a name that a kid wouldn't  be embarrassed to have is Sora.
