Ok, So I'm Starting A Diet.?

How do I plan a 'balanced diet', I'm not even sure what the term means but how do I plan it? It would be great if anybody had any links to any sites.

  1. you need to have 5 servings + of veggies and fruits a day,

    it will help if you get diet ENTs  and eat at least two of those per day

    along with daily exercise a day and that is best achieved by doing short bouts a day... that way one does not get so easily discouraged with the exercise...

    for example if u r a woman and u want to way 150 u will need to go

    150 x 11 = 1650 and that is how many calories she can eat that day and not gain any weight

    for a man  who wants to weigh 180 u will need to go

    180 x 12 = 2160 and that is how many calories he can eat that day and gain any weight.

    if u want to weigh more or less just take ur weight and go that times whatever u r man or woman and figure out how many calories u can have that day ... there is no way one can go below that weight if they follow this calorie plan...

    This site has actual free meal plans, based on your calorie needs. If you're female, a minimum of 1200 calories, and if you're a guy you need a bit more.

  3. Though people will refer you to the Food Pyramid, you shouldn't.

    If you're dieting for the purpose of losing weight, basically eat lean meats, nothing fried, no sweets, and plenty of vegetables and fruits. Also, don't forget to eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day, and in small portions.

    continue on your own. The most important thing is to write down what

    you eat ....good or bad......makes you aware of what you are putting in your mouth. My husband and I have been doing on our own for over a year. My husband has lost his weight and his maintaining and am still loosing weight.

    this guy knows his stuff. read everything on this site, and you will know what a 'balanced diet' is, and much more.  

  11. you can set it by how many days and what to eat and all that stuff. but diets dont help you lose weight. diets are for getting healthier or if something is wrong with your body and need to eat certain foods, those are diets. and before you ever start a diet, you want to check in wth a doctor.
