  1. wrestling

  2. it's all personal, wrestlers have to stay under weight, run, and keep in  condition. And swimmers have to swim, 5 miles a day. witch is about 10,000 yards. swimmers also have to watch what they eat, like i said, its all personal

  3. swimming

competative swimmers use literally every muscle in their body

and it involves not only strength, but speed

    swimming is way more intense

  4. It all depends on how your body structure is built, and what kind of shape you are in. If your stocky and short, swimming would be hard, but if your tall and skinny, wrestling would be hard.

  5. swimming because you work harder over a sustained period of time.

wrestlers may finish in pain because they are injured swimming leave the water in pain because they push themselves so far.

  6. Swimming, because you work out every single muscle in your body and it drains you of energy after wards. Many people look at swimming as nothing, but you can grab the largest muscle builder man out there and throw him into a pool, he may not be able to do a 200 (Which is 8 laps), because swimming calls for endurance. And on top of that you also have strokes such as the butterfly, which not many people can do. That's why Phelps is getting such publicity, for not only getting many gold metals, but for swimming with such speed and doing strokes in such a beautiful fashion.
