Ok, bending question?

Question

I took a quiz and it told me I'm an airbender. I tried an airbending move I learned at http://www.earthflame.com/index.htm and it worked. anybody know some airbending moves they'd give me step by step instructions for? I can make an airball, that's just about it right now, until I learn new moves.
