Ok, i have this weird soreness, and i don't know how to stretch it out....?

Ok, i have this weird spot of soreness. It is right from my ankle to 3-4 inches sunder my knee. It doesn't HURT, but it is still sore. Now the reason i cant stretch it out, it is on the side of my leg, closer to the top, not bottom. How do i stretch this out?

  1. Stand on some stairs. Let your heels hang over the edge, so that your standing on the "ball" of your toes. Let your heels go down, and hold it there for 10 - 15 sec. (don't bounce) Then raise up on your toes, and hold for another 10 - 15 secs. Do this several times, and it will stretch your leg muscles.


  2. Take an ice bath.  It relieves the soreness.  Keep it between 50 to 60 degrees.
