Ok, i sweat a lot so i get there sweat rings under my arms, what do i do to prevent them?

it is so embarrassing. i wont put my hand up at school anymore and i dont know how to stop it from happening!

what anti-presperent should i use, or will it always happen?

I usually apply more deodorant than normal. even though I dont have this problem. I use the really good smelly kind. It works great! I take a shower everyday and when I get into the shower. I still have that fresh smell of my deoderant. I would just get the best smelling kind then apply more than I usually do(:

Have you tried an OTC clinical strength anti perspirant?

Are you using a "deodorant"?  If so switch to most any good anti-perspirant.  Deodorants only mask the body odor, they do nothing for perspiration.

Have you tried Secret?  It is the best for that....I work as a chef now and I am going through menopause..so I sweat a lot...but I stay dry !

Use a dove roll on with the gold top, then apply a layer of SURE spray on then do another layer of SURE this takes 5 mins as you have to let the roll on dry first!

Prescription strength antiperspirants are available now, got mine at walmart.  Use it at night (directions) and for awhile I used it in the morning too.  If you work out or do something strenuous, you will still sweat.  It helps allot

EASY... You should use body powder when you get out the shower. What it does is evaporates all moisture, absorbs odor and it keeps you dry all day long. For a man use Shower to shower "sport" and for women use the other fragrances because they are flowery... You do not want to use deodorant because it causes breast cancer in men and women its from the aluminum.... aintipersprent in it. Go to whole foods and buy Natural deodorant.. I use a brand called "JASON" and it has none of the harmful things. The body powder is the key.. i promise....!!!
