  1. you can put virtually any freshwater fish in a 100 gallon tank, so it would look completely empty w/ just the chosen fish, just make sure the fish you put in wont kill the other fish or bully them. Practicly all tetras are completey harmless to any other fish and a peaceful, not to mention colorful too. also you could probably fit about 1000+ more mollies in such a large tank. but also as long as there is a sexed pair in your tank there is no garantee that that they wont mate, your tetras included(though most aquariasts keep fish to feel the success of breeding them). that is due to the large tank and plenty of space.

                                                                         Enjoy   =)

  2. 100 gallon tank thats endless possibilities, mollies and platties go in the same catagories, you can put about 5 more bottom feeders like red tail sharks, rainbow sharks, and corycats, you can also get some tetra's and danios, they are egg bearing fish and also community fish, NO Chiclids, NO gold fish, chiclides will kill and eat, goldfish will kill and pollute, so definatly try some of the tetras and get alot more hiding spots for your mollies babies so it can be easier to breed.

  3. It depends how big your plecos are, and how big you want the other fish to be, but if you have small plecos and you are only going to get fish around the size of mollies, then you can get A LOT more fish!!

  4. You could get some Bumblebee Gobies. They are soo cute!!

    I just got some other day, heres some pics.

    I have a tiny 10 gal tank and I have quite a few fish in there. Ive got four Bumblebee Gobies, four Cory Cats, two Banjo Catfish, two Chinese algea eaters, and a Clown Pleco. The largest is the Clown Pleco, at about 1 1/2-2 inches.

    I love them all, but I really like my Gobies and Banjos. The Banjos live in the sand and hardly ever come out.

  5. Well your 100 gallon tank can have practically any other fish that you could possibly want. Any breed of tetra would be fine in that tank. The very popular Neon Tetra will not breed in your tank, but they love being in large schools. In your tank a group of 12 would look very impressive. You could also add more mollies if you wanted. If you are looking to keep the molly fry you are going to have to remove them after they are born, as the parents will eat the fry. I'm guessing you want to keep most of the fry after they are born so I wouldn't get any other fish if that is your plan. If you are giving away the fry to a petstore you could also get some danios which enjoy groups of at least 4. Hope this helps, good luck with your tank!

  6. Well, if you get smaller variety's of plecos, like bristle nose plecos then you have a lot of room to work with! Any sort of tetra will work, lots of mollies could go in there, some hatchet fish, kuhli loaches, a few cory cats! Possibility's are endless! Just remember to research before buying to make sure they are compatible!=)
