  1. she may have an internal problem that may have to be checked by a doctor.

  2. Theres plenty of reasons here can be a few, but she could also go to the doctor and have a check up and ask him whats wrong if none of these seem to be the reason:

    Container reasons:

This means reasons due to the uterus. Two groups can be distinguished:

Cervical gaping, which is the only reason to get a cervical bounding at the next pregnancies, and which is generally responsible for late (17 - 20 weeks) miscarriages.

Uterine malformations : hypoplasia, septums, fibroma, synechia....

    Contents reasons:

    Due to the fetus:

Chromosomic malformations are responsible for 60 % of spontaneous miscarriages. Repetitive miscarriages must include a chromosomic study to eliminate this reason, which is rarely detected on the analysis of the product of abortus.

Other malformations are also responsible for miscarriages, but they happen generally later in the pregnancy. Twins and multiples pregnancies can also be responsible for late abortus.

    Due to the liquid:

Hydramnios(excess of amniotic fluid) is known to be responsible for late miscarriages.

    Relationship between contents and container:

    These reasons are multiple:

Infections : listeria, toxoplasma (a genus of sporozoan parasites, which can be transmitted from an infected mother to an infant in utero or at birth.), herpes, syphilis…hormonal reasons: Progestative insufficiency is now very debatable.

General reasons: diabetes, thyroid disfunction, systemic diseases (lupus…), high blood pressure, alcohol and tobacco intoxications…

Immunologic reasons are probably responsible of most of repetition spontaneous miscarriages.

  3. It could be a number of different things. I can't dignose someone with anything. I would advise her to go and see a gynecologist and have a full examination. They will be able to help her with finding out why she can't carry children. She really needs to be seen because it could be something serious.

  4. Perhaps fibroids or some other uterine problem.  And how would that make her a s**t?  I assumed she was married.  In any case, 50% of all pregnancies end in miscarriages.  The thing is, it's usually too early for us to even know!  I suggest she go to a doctor.  This sounds a little more serious.
