Ok, my mouse wont work!?

Question

Ok, i unplugged my mouse from the computer for 5 minutes, plugged it back in, and now it work! What do i do, i unplugged it, blew air into it, and it still dont work!

ya restart it...

my mouse works but not very well. its g*y. it takes like 5 min to get it to move across the screen. unless i just take the stupid ball out..
