  1. I don't think people know what an agent does.  You START by practing and studying whatever it is you want to do , like acting or painting or music or science or whatever.  You get tons of experience in amateur plays and indie films and student films and you take lots of acting classes at professional studios.  You do no try to be famous, that will only get you in trouble.  You try to be as good as you can at what you are doing.  If you are good enough, fame may tap you on the shoulder.

  2. Just piling on here--an agent is not going to help you be a better actor.  You do that through training and experience.  An agent just helps you get jobs once you have the skills.

Keep working at your craft.  You are among tens of thousands of people who have the same dream as you, so if your main goal is fame, you're going to have a life full of disappointment.  Have your goal be to be the best actor you can, add some ambition, hard work and a lot of luck, and possibly, just possibly, there might be some fame in your future.

  3. you contact  a agency which help people with special talents make a career

    check this web site

    www.bizwiz.com

  4. get an agent go to (http://www.cftech.com/BrainBank/MARKETIN...

  5. Being in movies and on tv shows takes a lot of work and luck.  If you really want to do it, audition for everything you can, work backstage when you don't get cast. Audition for school  and community theatre.  Take classes, read about theatre, practice.  Depending on your skills and interests, take acting classes, voice, and dance.

There are lots of other jobs in theatre that are not just performing-related.  I started out acting but realized very early on that women who act in television and film have VERY short professional careers.  Plus, I liked organizing things and people , so I moved into stage management and later producing.

    Good luck!

  6. i'm in school plays and i act i went to a place to act in a commerical and i made the cut and i love it if you can memerize well go for it and get an agent

  7. Perform all you can - get into all the drama, and theatre arts you can in school, then get to NY or Hollywood in one of the great acting schools - then, with an agent, assuming you are good(really good), or have extraordinary body charisma, get yourself noticed - at all costs, keep yourself fit, never drink to excess, never do drugs -- stay morally upright - you will be noticed really quickly - in spite of what the media may make you think -- only the losers go for the casting couch - theatre is a business, and business people want reliable people who are totally professional in their work and personal lives.

A summer in Ashland Oregon doing Shakespeare would do you a world of good - Keanu Reeves, after the stupid movie as Bill and Ted, he went to a small company in Canada and did a few weeks as Hamlet - not very good, but deepened his understanding of real acting, and has done betterwork ever since - above all, being famous is not the goal - doing theatre is the goal, and doing it extremetly well, the fame is a by-product -- the untalented who become famous are the shallow bimbos and bozos who happen to be glamorous exhibitionists - if that's you, go for it - it not, get serious - Do not enter the theatrical world unless you can't help it!
