Question:

Ok, should i do this?

My Cross Country (XC) coach told us all to do 100 sit-ups and 50 pushups every day. No problem with that for me, but today i have massive soreness on my abs, and arms/chest/shoulders....should i still do the sit-ups and push-ups?

  1. yea..do what you can every time..just make sure the right spots are hurting. like if your neck is hurting, then you're doing the sit-ups incorrectly..

    the best thing you can do to treat soreness, inreality, is honestly to just do the same thing over. eventually it will go away. and you'll be stronger.


  2. do it but if it starts to kill then i'd quit awhile and go easier on it maybe if u can only do like 70 sit ups its ok and only 20 push ups but yeah try to get something in!
