Ok, so I was at the pool and I got bit by a bug thing. I don't know what it is.Help?

Question

So does anybody know what it might be? It had the colors of a bee but it looked like a moth mixed w/ a fly. And it kept following me around the pool. It didn't have a stinger, but it bit me w/ this thick tube looking straw thing. When I got it off me, it left this little red spot that hurt if touched. It bit me two times since in kept following me. I'm a little freaked out and any help is appriciated. Thanks.
