  1. Your biceps is quite unimportant for boxing because you only need it to pull your fist back to the body. For punching you use the triceps. But don't concentrate too much just on your arms. A powerful punch needs the whole body. This is simple science (power = mass x acceleration). You must put as much mass of your body into the punch, so try to twist your body properly and also pay attention that your arm is completely stretched in order to transfer all the power and not losing it in your arm-joint.

  2. Punching hard isn't about having big muscles. Your power will come from the way you twist and shift your weight forward. The muscles that you need to build up are your wrists/forearms and your abs/obliques.

  3. Power comes from the good form. you have to imprint the form in your muscle memory. work on it with a heavy bag and shadow boxing.

After you got form down, try resistance bands and abdominal exercises.

  4. power comes from proper technique. Work on punching correctly and you will hit harder. god to a boxing gym and they will show you. for ideas on general workouts go to crossfit.com

  5. Sounds like you have plenty of muscle power at that height and weight. You're stocky,  like Marciano.

I'd guess you won't get more power from any single muscle or group (like an arm) but rather by concentrating all your  muscles into the moment of impact. Maybe some cross-training in one of the Asian arts, e.g. judo, would help. Work on snap.

You're going to need speed to make up for lack of reach. And very good defensive skills. Plus great footwork to get inside.

  6. dont work your biceps as much the tricept is more important it is the muscle that drives your punch if you learned anatomy and about flexing and relaxing when one tightens and athe other is more relaxed ect anyway if you tighten you bicept when you punch your looseing power because it closes oyour arm but when the tricept is flexed it extends the arm which will make your punch stronger, also the tricept makes up more of apercent of your arm if you had 3" bicepts and 5" tris then every one would still think your arm would be huge b/c your tri's is most of your arm

  7. The shoulder muscles. When throwing a punch, throw as if you want to "punch through" your opponent. Concentration while throwing the punch is just as important as the strength needed to be an effective puncher. Boxing is full of muscle-bound fighters that don't have knockout punching power.
