I got in an accident, i had five people in my car all under the age of 18 and i have/had a provisional license. Everything was fine and no body was hurt at all. I didn't hit another car, just kinda spun out and went in a ditch. some body called the police which resulted in a fire truck, tow truck, and to highway patrol cars. This isnt my first accident, but i wasn't at fault for the other one. I've never had a ticket or anything, but i somehow got my license taken away till im 18. I read somewhere that a first offense for driving people is a ticket or something. Is this true?

and is there anyway to get a license back faster?

  1. you can take the drivers test again and get a hardships license

i imagine you'll have to take it frequently if you actually get one

  2. Your provisional license is what makes this situation different.  It is called a "provisional" license because they won't give you a real, unrestricted liscence unless you can prove you are a responsible driver, which, in this case, you proved that you don't have any regard for your state's vehicle laws.

This should be very clear from the terms that came with your license, so, no, there is no way to get the ban lifted earlier.

  3. No, you should have obeyed the law now you have to pay for it. That is life.

  4. In your case there will be no way to get your license back any sooner, sorry....

  5. this does sound a little unfair but I think it's for your safety

  6. you are screwed you are not goint got get your license back for a long time go see a lawer or a jugee to get your license back

  7. with a provisional license what is the max number of people are allowed to have in a car with you  ,2 max i suspect .making you over by three.it is not likely you will get your license back soon.you could try  for a hardship license.

  8. you are lucky! If one person had been hurt their parents could have sued your parents for everything. You have had two accidents before you are 18, instead of worrying about your license, take the time to brush up on your driving skills. One last thing, your parents insurance might not cover you.
