why would she let her do that? i cant think of any good reason why a parent would let their kid do thaat. can you? shes 13. and shes allowed to have s*x too...!

I agree, there is no good reason. Maybe she's trying to be a "cool" mom, but there are plenty of other ways to be a cool parent than letting your young teenage daughter sleep around. And smoking weed? Not only is that against the law, but she is only 13! Drinking is just as bad. Of course, none of this is anyone's business besides their family (and possibly the police), but it's a weird thing to think about. I would never, never, never let my children do that.
