  1. Find out 4 your self...............

  2. It's legal in USA welcome sites such as the ones listed at http://www.bettingwise.com/usagamblingsi...

Intertops is the best one that will accept you from USA.

The law has never said its illegal. Only makes the banks decline deposits but there are alternative deposit methods like Echeck.

  3. There is no federal law that makes it illegal to gamble online with a foreign gambling site.  There was a law that was snuck into a port security bill that was going to get passed regardless if there was a gambling law tagged in it or not that made it illegal for banks to transact with gambling sites.  However, the deadline to come up with means of enforcement came and passed early in the summer of 2007.  There are some states that make it a crime to gamble online, but again, gamble at your own discretion.  There have not been any prosecutions of these laws to date and it's unlikely that there ever will be!

You can get a better explanation of online gambling law at http://poker-lobby.com/legal.htm and you can also get free UFC picks at http://dagus-statistics.com where you'll also find reviews of great sites offering MMA lines (I like Bookmaker or Intertops) as well as tips on how to securely deposit and withdraw.  Hope this helps.

  4. There is a very old communications law that says its illegal to place a bet over the telephone (or maybe any electric means).

But ultimately, betting is like jaywalking. It's usually against the written law, but no one ever gets in trouble for it.

Unless you are setting up some huge gambling ring or something like that, the authorities won't care if you are gambling.

The only problem I could see is if you won ALOT of money and didn't claim it on your taxes. That would be tax evasion and you could be screwed.
