Ok, so my co-worker isn't here today and I so want to tell my boss that..

Question

That she's been throwing out resumes when they come in because they are over qualified for the supervisor position that just opened up. The thing is that she feels like she should be the one getting the position. What should I do, I thinks that's not right....

I need some opinions before I go and tell my boss.

You should TOTALLY talk to your boss. First, if there is any way that you could get blamed if it was found out - you can be that this gal will put a target on you. Second, if she DOES get the job, she's going to be difficult to work for. Anyone who feels that entitled and that underqualified is not going to be a good manager.
