  1. You don't have inlaws unless you have a husband.  If you have a passport -- bon voyage.  The baby needs one too.

Your baby-daddy can't get legal.  Illegal aliens can no longer apply for legal status while illegally residing in the US.

  2. First, do not try to cross the border without the proper documents for your child. This could really be a problem if the US authorities would not allow her back into the country as an alien.

Before you go get her registered as a citizen and documented.

  3. You are not married, therefore, you do not have inlaws.  You would need to get a passport for yourself and baby to visit Mexico.  The only way your boyfriend can become a citizen of the U.S.A. is for him to go to Mexico and apply to come here legally.  Now he is subject to deportation and if he is deported, he would face a ten year ban before applying to come back legally.

  4. There is only one way to obtain legal status in the US after illegal entry.

You have to return to your home country serve any penalty time and apply for a valid visa.

Not even marriage changes that fact
