Ok, so this woman is RUDE...should I even before to say goodbye when I leave?

Question

In my last post I explained how she told me off when I came in for staples. She's really nasty and I was just wondering if I should say "goodbye...have a nice life" when I leave? So far, I have responded to her outbursts with courteousness and apologized! I can't believe that I did somehow, but I want to be the bigger person and keep the peace. Should I just walk out and ignore her or go in to her one last time and say "good luck so and so and goodbye"??

She strictly works there and is not interested in a relationship with you so don't waist your time with pleasantries.

i think you should just keep playing it cool with her. nothing is more annoying to an ignorant person than when they dont get a reaction off the person. i know its hard and there are just some people out there that basically dont give a c**p about how they treat others but thats there problem not ours!! you';; see she'll get bored if you just ignore it trust me on this! dont lent an ignorant person ruin your work life she ain't worth it. good luck!!

My advice would be not to say anything to her but to go to the management and complain about her rudeness.  No business wants a rude person working for them especially if that person is running customers off.  You say you have apologized so you have done your part.

Two wrongs don't make a right although it is awful hard not to come back at someone that is being so rude.  Take it to the management and let them handle it.  She will either get fired or she will get an attitude adjustment.  I didn't read your first post about this - Why did she deem it necessary to tell you off in the first place?
