  1. Here's a link with some suggestions for getting them to leave. Seems like she's following you. Don't invite her to come with you..unless you're on the way to an exorcist's house.

Edit..I agree with BP. I got so consumed with trying to figure out WHO it was...that it must have felt I wanted to hear more from them...which I did. They sure messed up my life!  I know it's fascinating...but it can also be dangerous. It's very addictive too. They  can become like secret friends and you get attached to them. Don't let it become a bond between you  and them.

Last night I watched on History Ch. about the Philosopher's Stone. Two men heard from an angel who said they would have the secret answer in 7 years. The time came...and nothing happened. They realized they'd been duped. Be careful not to waste your life the way they  did. I did too..thinking it was from God...or one of his messengers. Give them a short time limit to say what they want to say...then be done with it.

  2. Could she be Mary Feur from what lies beneath, OK

A blessing, (also used to refer to bestowing of such) is the infusion of something with holiness, divine will, or one's hopes.

    [edit] Etymology

The modern English language term bless likely derives from the 1225 term blessen, which developed from the Old English blǣdsian (preserved in the Northumbrian dialect around 950 AD). The term also appears in other forms, such as blēdsian (before 830 and derived from Proto-Germanic *blōðisōjanan), blētsian from around 725 and blesian from around 1000, all meaning to make sacred or holy by a sacrificial custom in Germanic paganism; to mark with blood. Due to this, the term is related to the term blōd, meaning blood.[1] References to this indigenous practice, Blót, exist in Anglo-Saxon and Icelandic sources.

The modern meaning of the term may have been influenced in translations of the bible into Old English during the process of Christianization to translate the Latin term benedīcere meaning to "speak well of", resulting in meanings such as to "praise" or "extol" or to speak well of or to wish well.[1]

Within Roman Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy, Anglicanism and similar traditions, formal blessings of the church are performed by bishops, priests, and sometimes deacons, but as in many other religions, anyone may informally bless another.

"To be blessed" means 'to be favoured by God'. Blessings therefore are directly associated with God and come from God. Therefore to express a blessing, is like bestowing a wish on someone that she will experience the favour of God. "May you have a blessed Christmas", therefore can also be translated as: "May you experience the favor of God during this Christmas period."

A curse, at least in its most formal sense, is the opposite of a blessing. Compare charm.

In the Bible, blessings and curses are related; the book of Deuteronomy prescribes that obedience to the Torah brings God's blessing, while disobedience brings a curse.

One of the first incidences of blessing in the Bible is in Genesis 12:1-2 where Abram is ordered by the LORD to leave his country and is told:

"I will bless you, I will make your name great."

The Priestly Blessing is set forth at Numbers 6:24-26:

        May the LORD bless you, and keep you;

        May the LORD make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you;

May the LORD turn his countenance to you and grant you peace.

The New Testament commands Christians to bless and not to curse (Matthew 5:44; Luke 6:28; Romans 12:14). This supports the Christian doctrine that God is a God of love & mercy and that the Bible teaches that cursing and anger should be left to God - not us (in the sense that He will judge our works).

This formula has been introduced into Christian worship as well. In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus pronounces blessings on the poor, the humble, and the persecuted in the Beatitudes at the beginning of the Sermon on the Mount.

In the Eastern Orthodox Church blessings are bestowed by bishops and priests in a liturgical context, raising their right hand and making the sign of the cross with it over persons or objects to be blessed. They also make blessings to begin divine services and at the dismissal at the end. A priest or bishop may also use a Blessing cross to bestow blessings.

Islam has no clerical caste, and therefore no blessings reserved to specific individuals. Islam itself is regarded as being a "Blessing upon mankind". Muslims will frequently pronounce "peace and blessings be upon him" when mentioning the name of Muhammad. Muslims will also greet one another with a blessing on such occasions as Eid.

    [edit] Other uses

A blessing can also be a request for permission, as in "gaining your parents' blessing" would consist of having been granted consent. Clergy will normally receive a blessing from their ecclesiastical superiors to begin their ministry. In the Russian Orthodox Church pious laymen would go to a starets (elder) to receive his or her blessing before embarking upon any important work or making a major decision in their life.

In Spanish, there is a blessing which can be used as a tender farewell, especially from a parent: Vaya con Dios ("Go with God"), also Adios (A Dios, "to God"), similar to the French Adieu.

Blessing is also a term used for marriage in the Unification Church.

Blessing is the collective noun for a group of Unicorns.[citation needed]

A ghost is said to be the apparition of a dead person, frequently similar in appearance to that person, and usually encountered in places he or she frequented, or in association with the person's former belongings. The word "ghost" may also refer to the spirit or soul of a deceased person, or any spirit or demon.[1][2][3] Ghosts are often associated with hauntings, which is, according to the Parapsychological Association, "the more or less regular occurrence of paranormal phenomena associated with a particular locality (especially a building) and usually attributed to the activities of a discarnate entity; the phenomena may include apparitions, poltergeist disturbances, cold drafts, sounds of footsteps and voices, and various odors."[2]

Ghosts are a controversial anomalous phenomenon. According to a poll conducted in 2005 by the Gallup Organization, about 32% of Americans believe in the existence of ghosts.[4] The term ghost has been replaced by apparition in parapsychology, because the word ghost is deemed insufficiently precise.[5]

    Historical background

The belief in ghosts as souls of the departed is closely related to the ancient concept of animism, which attributed souls to everything in nature, including human beings, animals, plants, rocks, etc. [6] As the nineteenth-century anthropologist James Frazer explained in his classic work, The Golden Bough, souls were seen as the creature within that animated the body:

"If a man lives and moves, it can only be because he has a little man or animal inside, who moves him. The animal inside the animal, the man inside the man, is the soul. And as the activity of an animal or man is explained by the presence of the soul, so the repose of sleep or death is explained by its absence; sleep or trance being the temporary, death being the permanent absence of the soul... "[7]

Although the human soul was sometimes symbolically or literally depicted in ancient cultures as a bird or other animal, it was widely held that the soul was an exact reproduction of the body in every feature, even down to clothing the person wore. This is depicted in artwork from various ancient cultures, including such works as the Egyptian Book of the Dead, which shows deceased people in the afterlife appearing much as they did before death, including the style of dress.

Another widespread belief concerning ghosts is that they were composed of a misty, airy, or subtle material. Anthropologists speculate that this may also stem from early beliefs that ghosts were the person within the person, most noticeable in ancient cultures as a person's breath, which upon exhaling in colder climates appears visibly as a white mist.[6] This belief may have also fostered the metaphorical meaning of "breath" in certain languages, such as the Latin spiritus and the Greek pneuma, which by analogy became extended to mean the soul. In the Bible, God is depicted as animating Adam with a breath.

Although the evidence for ghosts is largely anecdotal, the belief in ghosts throughout history has remained widespread and persistent.

In many historical accounts, ghosts were thought to be deceased people looking for vengeance, or imprisoned on earth for bad things they did during life. Most cultures have ghost stories in their mythologies. Many stories from the Middle Ages and the Romantic era rely on the macabre and the fantastic, and ghosts are a major theme in literature from those eras.

  3. If she's from another dimension that would make sense, her voice tone and loudness changing as she's from another dimension she trying to adjust so that you will hear her.

Spirit will give you dreams, it's like telepathy communication, she is telling you something through all that. Do you make any sense of what it could be?

If you hear her voice in the bathroom only......are you praying, or thinking of something like as if tuning in.....Prayers basically is a tuning into the spirit world since God is Spirit. Have you bought something old, that you have in the bathroom? Some spirits are attached to certain items.

Have you tried communicating back, ask questions when you hear the voice again, sometimes spirits will answer you back. They will leave if you tell them too, but usually they do come back....wondering if it could be your spirit guide, ask her who she is, what her name is. Perhaps she just looking in on you, has your spirit felt hurt lately. That's when my spirit guide always came, when I pray, or felt very hurt inside.

  4. If you decide to persue the question of who this person is you will be inviting her closer to you, this will make it harder than ever to ignore or "drive her away".

When you hear these voices, do you have the bathroom fan on? Sometimes background noise such as this can cause us to perceive voices that are not there or are farther away than we realize (the voices in the living room).

The hotel incident might have been air pressure forcing the door open. Bottom line, I am not doubting one or more of your experiences, but it seems to me that you are lumping many things together. This will not help you in your situation with this woman.

If you want her to leave you alone you must try hard to ignore her and not allow her to scare you, also, limit your communication to merely telling her to leave you alone (though it is better to just ignore her completely). If you start asking questions you are setting the hook of communication which will make it difficult to drive her away when she becomes more bothersome.

  5. Dude- you might be dealing with a demon. They like to follow people. You may even be dealing with more than one. I don't know about her missing half of her head and telling you she's from another demension. Maybe she's not a demon. Maybe she's just a spirit who wants to communicate with you for some reason. Did you happen to get a good look at her eyes? What were they like? I think it's most likely a spirit who has died in the house or on the property- because spirits do live in a different "dimension" or "plane" than wer do, but they are aware of our physical surroundings. Does she try to communicate with you other than when you're in the shower, or just "hearing these voices?"  It sounds to me like she's observing you for some reason. I don't know what I'd do. I'd probably try to communicate with her first - just tell her "Hey look- I don't like you following me around like that. It's creepy. So tell me what you want from me or go away.....and if you refuse, I'll find a way to rid myself of you. " you have to let whatever it is know that you're not scared of it. This might be hard, but you must not show fear. That's very important.

So try that first, and if it dosen't work than figure out a way to get rid of it. Good luck. Hope I could help.
