Ok. Help. Please?

Why doesnt my yahoo 360 picture show up? I uploaded it and made it become my avatar but it doesnt seem to work, help?

Some people are experiencing problems with their pictures or avatar showing up. I   know one person had to contact Yahoo about it. They sent a reply and said they are working on it. I know mine doesn't always show up right away but if I wait a few min. my pic will then show up. I've seen other people complaining about their's to.
